Lake Wanaka is easily accessible by road and air. Queenstown Airport with its domestic and international air links is just one hour’s drive away and there are daily direct flights between Lake Wanaka and Christchurch. Regular coach services link Lake Wanaka with neighbouring Queenstown and daily to Dunedin, Christchurch and Invercargill.
