Lake Wanaka - World's First Lifestyle Reserve

This is the 11th year that stoked Snowkiters will get together in the Cardrona Valley for 8 days of Epic Freeride Snowkiting.

From June to September NZ has some fantastic easy access Snowkite terrain to explore for all levels of riders.

'Wanakite' is an annual snowkite freeride all about sharing the stoke with new & old friends & getting as much kite action as possible in over the week!

This years 'Wanakite Snowkite Freeride' is from the 25th August - 1st September.

Most of the kite action will be on the Pisa & Cardrona ranges, but with the help of the 'Snowkite NZ' sled & other local wind addicts we'll be getting up to more remote spots for epic adventures!
