Lake Wanaka Attractions

Fun, quirky, exciting and always engaging, created by people with passions to share… Wanaka’s attractions are unique, just like the personalities behind them.

The word ‘unique’ is overused all over the world. Everywhere else, that is. Here, you’ll find yourself saying it over and over.

Not only is there always something to do, it’ll generally be something you can’t do anywhere else, without a load of organisation. Get lost in a maze, shoot clay pigeons with shotguns, get up close to historic fighter planes, see 500 collectable cars in one place, fly an aircraft, jump out of an aircraft, get yourself up umpteen climbing walls and play golf-cross with rugby-shaped golf balls and that’s just for starters. Finding something commonplace, now that’s the real challenge.

In an ordinary world
Lake Wanaka isn’t
