A morning boat cruise up the pristine waters of Lake Wanaka to the remarkable island of Mou Waho. Here you will take a guided scenic walk to the summit of the island and find a true natural wonder of the region, a secret of the great walks of Wanaka - a lake on an island on a lake.

At the lake on the island of Mou Waho you will have the chance to view some of New Zealand’s indigenous and rare bird life, including the Weka, Bellbird and wood pigeon. For those who want to help on the journey towards regrowth of native plant life there will also be the opportunity to plant New Zealand trees.
