Honestly you can't go wrong in Wanaka and you don't need to look very far either.

Also please bring your reusable cups! Not only good for the environment but most Wanaka cafes offer a discount for a reusable t/a cup.
Dripping Bowl's food truck seems like it's straight out of Byron Bay with an emphasis on healthy and nourishing goodness. This applies to the coffee too! Think Bullet Proof and Medicinal Mushroom Coffee. They may sound odd but taste delicious and are of course good for you! You can find the them on Brownston St tucked in with the other food trucks.
Open: Summer (peak) 7am-7pm and in Autumn, Winter & Spring from 7am-2pm
Coffee: Common Ground Dunedin. The 'Albany blend' which is organic and fair trade.
Milk: Organic; dairy milk is 'Organic Pure Permeate-free Puhoi Valley' & Organic Coconut Milk. 'Trim' milk is not offered because they don't believe in refining food and taking away the essential healthy fats!
FYI: With every coffee or tonic you buy you get a Brazil nut with it. Drippings Bowls' initiative is to try and change the norm and 1 x Brazil nut a day provides you with your daily Selenium intake!

This power duo of cafes has earned an enviable reputation over the years due to holding on to one of the best baristas in town, their commitment to sustainability and of course consistently great coffee!
Find :Fedeli and Federal Diner tucked down a sneaky alley way on 47 Helwick St. Come hungry too - there is an array of quick t/a food and an eat in cafe.
Coffee: Emporio from Wellington
Milks: Regular, coconut, soy, and made in-house almond milk (rice milk in the deli)

Big Fig is a definite favourite with both locals and travelers, with a great location on the lakefront it's always humming. The coffee is smooth and served with a smile but, so good in fact you'll find yourself back there throughout the day!
Open: 8am-9pm, 105 Ardmore St
Coffee: Allpress Rangitoto beans
Milks: Regular cow, soy, almond and coconut milk

Not another food truck.. BUT a coffee caravan. You'll find not only delicious organic coffee at the Little Black Caravan but good music and good banter.
Out in the industrial zone, worth the quick trip out of town or if you're on a roadie stop in 15 Gordon Road.
Open: Weekdays only 7am - 2pm

When you like coffee but actually love chocolate! Urban Grind is your place. Delicious coffee and the best mochas and hot chocolates in town, served with a Whittaker's Sante Bar.
You can find this cafe at 72 Ardmore St
