Where to get coffee in Wanaka

No matter where you travel in the world one question remains the same "Where can I get the best coffee?"

Honestly you can't go wrong in Wanaka and you don't need to look very far either.

Below are some great new spots for you to check out, for a full list click here.
Also please bring your reusable cups! Not only good for the environment but most Wanaka cafes offer a discount for a reusable t/a cup.

Dripping Bowl

Dripping Bowl's food truck seems like it's straight out of Byron Bay with an emphasis on healthy and nourishing goodness. This applies to the coffee too! Think Bullet Proof and Medicinal Mushroom Coffee. They may sound odd but taste delicious and are of course good for you! You can find the them on Brownston St tucked in with the other food trucks.

Open: Summer (peak) 7am-7pm and in Autumn, Winter & Spring from 7am-2pm

Coffee: Common Ground Dunedin. The 'Albany blend' which is organic and fair trade.

Milk: Organic; dairy milk is 'Organic Pure Permeate-free Puhoi Valley' & Organic Coconut Milk.  'Trim' milk is not offered because they don't believe in refining food and taking away the essential healthy fats!

FYI:  With every coffee or tonic you buy you get a Brazil nut with it. Drippings Bowls' initiative is to try and change the norm and 1 x Brazil nut a day provides you with your daily Selenium intake!
