Friends of Bullock Creek is a charitable organisation who have restored and care for Bullock Creek from its source to it’s mouth on the shores of Lake Wānaka.

A short walk from the Wanaka town Centre you will find a charming boardwalk through the wetlands fed by natural springs bubbling up to create Bullock Creek. Fully accessible to people of all ages and walking ability (including wheelchairs), Bullock Creek has undergone major restoration from a weed choked inaccessible area that was previously a trout hatchery. Now you will see native plants and hear native bird call right in the heart of suburban Wānaka.
