Treble Cone Ski Area

Treble Cone, the South Islands largest ski area, is famous for its long un-crowded groomed runs, legendary off-piste terrain and unrivalled views over Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps.

For beginner skiers and snowboards, Treble Cone free beginner surface lifts and discounted First Timer Packages provides a comfortable environment to make your first turns. For intermediates looking to explore, the massive 700m of vertical makes space for some of New Zealand’s longest groomed trails. For advanced terrain, the Saddle Basin, Summit Slopes and Motatapu Chutes provide playgrounds of open powder faces, natural half pipes and fun drops.
