Avalanche Views boasts breath-taking views of Lake Wānaka, Treble Cone ski field and the spectacular mountains and glaciers of the Mount Aspiring National Park.
This new house has been finished to an exceptional standard and showcases the very best of local and international building materials. The gorgeous kitchen has a Brazilian granite bench top, oak flooring, high pitched ceilings, tongue and groove detailing and superb open plan layout. The light and airy dining area is perfect for hosting dinner parties for up to twelve guests. The house has two living areas, one a media room perfect for the kids, the other, a lounge with a local Otago schist fireplace and magnificent lake and mountain views.
The house has three large warm and comfortable bedrooms and one smaller study-cum-bedroom, comfortably accommodating nine to ten guests. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed, one has a queen bed and set of bunks and the study/bedroom has a single and pull-out trundler. All of the lovely bedrooms capture the lake and mountain vistas.
The house has a main bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet and ensuite off the master bedroomTake in the awesome views from the sheltered outdoor entertaining area, whilst sipping a local pinot or enjoying a local craft beer. The exposed aggregate entertaining area is furnished with a large outdoor dining table and modern barbecue, all ready for ultimate enjoyment.
This beautiful property is located only a five to ten minute stroll from the lake and has fantastic access to some of Wānaka’s best walking and biking trails, including the popular Sticky Forest mountain biking tracks.
