Housed in a small, but welcoming space under red and whited striped awnings on Brownston Street, they offer a diverse selection of non-fiction, hand-picked mountaineering titles, and a comprehensive range of cooking and gardening books. There are books for young readers and young adult books are one of their specialties.
The team of friendly, widely-read staff loves talking about books and tracking down special or hard-to-find books for you. They host regular author events and welcome you to browse in their reading area where you can relax and immerse yourself in the joy of having a pile of books at your side.
